A lot of January no-heat calls start as something a fall tune-up would have caught in October. I offer annual plans that cover both visits — the furnace in the fall and the air conditioning in the spring.

WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVE?+

I’m based in Spearfish and work across the greater Black Hills — Belle Fourche, Sturgis, Deadwood, Lead, Whitewood and beyond. Not sure if you’re in range? Call or text and ask.

DO YOU WORK ON ALL FUEL TYPES?+

Yes. I install and service furnaces of all fuel types, along with heat pumps and ductless mini-split systems.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD MY SYSTEM BE SERVICED?+

Twice a year is the standard: the furnace in the fall and the air conditioning in the spring. I offer annual maintenance plans that cover both visits — ask when you call.

SHOULD I REPAIR IT OR REPLACE IT?+

It depends on the age of the equipment, what failed, and what it will cost to keep it running. I’ll tell you straight what I’d do if it were my house, and I won’t push a replacement you don’t need.

Yes. I sell HVAC equipment and parts, including air quality and humidification products, and I can help you choose what fits your home.
